Pom Juice Citrus Ginger Mocktail

Whether or not you are participating in dry January, we all need a few good mocktail recipes. I created this one with 100% pomegranate juice, which I love because it is full of antioxidants and provides that slightly tart and slightly sweet flavor that is great for mocktails.


POM Juice Citrus Ginger Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup 100% POM Wonderful Juice

  • 1/2 cup Ginger beer

  • Juice of one (1) freshly squeezed grapefruit

  • Juice of one (1) freshly squeezed lime

  • Serving Size: 2

Combine ingredients and enjoy!
